摘 要:植物根际区域是植物和土壤进行能量和物质交换的重要场所,尤其是植物生长发育所需的氮素。土壤氮循环主要是由土壤微生物所驱动,植物的引入可通过根系的呼吸、对养分的吸收等改变根际土壤的理化性质以及通过根系分泌物影响参与氮循环相关微生物数量及代谢活性来驱动根际氮循环过程,而不同植物其根系形态、对养分的吸收、根系分泌物种类也不同,故植物种类也是影响根际氮循环的主要因素之一。本文结合国内外该领域主要研究进展,总结归纳了土壤氮循环的主要过程,并分析了固氮和和非固氮植物、根际理化性质以及根系分泌物对根际氮循环过程的影响,并提出未来在根际氮循环方面研究中重点关注的研究方向及内容。The rhizosphere of plants is an important place for energy and matter exchange between plants and soil,especially for nitrogen needed for plant growth and development.Soil nitrogen cycle is mainly driven by soil microbes and plants are introduced through root respiration,absorption of nutrients so as to change rhizosphere soil physical and chemical properties and participate in the nitrogen cycle through root secretion impact related to drive the rhizosphere microorganism quantity and metabolic activity of nitrogen cycle.Different plant root morphology and its absorption of nutrients,root secretion are different.Plant species is one of the main factor affecting the rhizosphere nitrogen cycle.This paper overviewed the research progress based on the study of literature home and abroad,and analyzed the effect of nitrogen-fixing and non-nitrogen-fixing plants,rhizosphere physicochemical properties and root exudates on rhizosphere nitrogen cycle.The research direction and content for future research on rhizosphere nitrogen cycle were put forward.
