摘  要:阐述一起发电机转子绕组匝间短路故障,在直流电阻测量、极间电压试验和交流阻抗及功率损耗试验均未能有效诊断出故障的情况下,通过静态多角度的重复脉冲法试验,诊断出转子绕组存在和轴体角度有关系的不稳定匝间短路故障。转子抽出定子膛外后,进行了交流电压分布试验,试验结果表明转子绕组存在匝间短路故障。转子返厂解体发现的匝间短路故障位置与重复脉冲法试验结果一致,验证了重复脉冲法试验诊断转子绕组不稳定匝间短路的有效性和准确性。An interturn short circuit fault of generator rotor winding is introduced.Under the condition that DC resistance measurement,interelectrode voltage test,AC impedance and power loss test fail to effectively diagnose the fault,through static multi angle RSO test,it is diagnosed that the rotor winding has an unstable interturn short circuit fault related to the shaft angle.After the rotor is drawn out of the stator bore,the AC voltage distribution test is carried out,and the test results show that there is interturn short circuit fault in the rotor winding.The position of interturn short circuit fault found in the disassembly of rotor returned to the factory is consistent with the RSO test result,which verifies the effectiveness and accuracy of RSO test in diagnosing unstable interturn short circuit of rotor winding.
