摘  要:对荆门电网某220 k V输电线路跳闸故障进行分析,结合现场气象、故障因素排查和故障原因分析,研判跳闸故障为鸟粪空气击穿闪络跳闸,主要原因为光缆耐张线夹与跳线支架间无防鸟装置,鸟类停留排便造成空气间隙击穿放电。对荆门电网鸟害故障高发原因进行分析,从加强鸟害运维观测、防护装置安装、纳入可研评审及防鸟新技术应用等方面,提出鸟害防治具体措施,提高电网安全运行水平。The tripping fault of a 220 kV transmission line in Jingmen power grid is analyzed in this paper.Combined with meteorology,fault investigation and fault analysis,it is concluded that the tripping fault is the air breakdown flashover trip caused by bird droppings.Since there is no anti-bird device between the cable tension clamp and the jumper bracket,the birds stay and defecate,which causes air gap breakdown discharge.Based on the analysis of the reasons for the high incidence of bird damage in Jingmen power grid,specific measures for bird damage prevention and control,including bird damage operation and maintenance observation,installation of protective devices,inclusion in feasibility study review and application of new bird prevention technology,are proposed to improve the safe operation of the power grid.
