摘 要:针对已有智能水电站研究多局限于单一电站,或仅涉及通信架构改造、设备自动化与智能化的问题,为进一步推动实现大水电本质安全、提质增效、科学调度,开展了流域梯级水电站运行管理智能化建设研究。从战略层面出发,深度融合新一代信息技术与流域梯级水电业务,提出了智能水电概念及其内涵,明确了流域梯级水电站运行管理智能化建设的主要目标,设计了以大数据、工业互联网、人工智能等为基础的智能水电系统架构。针对长江干流梯级水库群开展的智能水电建设实践表明,通过提升流域梯级水电站运行管理的智能化程度,可有效促进水雨情信息采集与预报水平、梯级发电计划准确率和梯级水电站设备设施关键可靠性指标的提升。研究结果验证了梯级水电站运行管理智能化建设的必要性和所提出的智能水电系统架构的合理性。Aiming at the limitations that the existing researches on intelligent hydropower stations are mostly for single hydropower station,or only involving the improvement of communication architectures and the automation and intelligence of equipment,we studied the intelligent operation and management of cascade hydropower stations,trying to further promote the realization of intrinsic safety,the quality and efficiency improvement,and the scientific dispatching of large hydropower stations.From the eye on a strategic level,through deeply integrating the new generation of information technology and the cascade hydropower business characteristics,we put forward a concept and significance of intelligent hydropower,clarified the main goals of intelligent transformation of hydropower station operation and management,and designed a system architecture of intelligent hydropower based on big data,industrial internet and artificial intelligence.The application of intelligent hydropower transformation in the main stream of the Yangtze River showed that by improving the intelligent level of operation and management of cascade hydropower stations,the quality of runoff and rainfall information collection and prediction,the accuracy of cascade power generation planning as well as reliability performance of hydropower key equipment can be effectively improved.The results verified the necessity of intelligent transformation of operation and management of cascade hydropower stations and the rationality of the proposed intelligent hydropower system architecture.
