摘  要:践行绿色交通主导的街道更新和整治,是城市更新的重点任务。现状街道更新实践存在绿色交通主导不明确、多专业协同程度低、一体化设计考虑不全面等问题。依托北京市平安大街(西城段)环境整治提升项目,总结和梳理街道更新面临的重点和难点。从交通调查、主动探测技术、健康街道和公众参与四个层面,建立多维度的街道更新评估方法,从而更加全面地了解街道的特征与问题。提出街道更新的实施路径,包括绿色交通主导的街道更新技术路线制定、分步实施完整林荫街道、多专业协调设计、慢行空间品质一体化提升、设计和施工任务及流程梳理,将街道的服务重心由机动车转向人,进而塑造高品质的街道空间。It is the key task of urban renewal to promote street renewal and renovation led by green transportation.There are some problems in the current street renewal practice,such as lack of green transportation guidance,low degree of multi-discipline collaboration,and incomplete consideration of integrated design.This paper summarizes and sorts out the difficulties of street renewal,based on the environmental improvement project of Ping'an Street(Xicheng section).A multi-dimensional evaluation method is proposed to evaluate street renewal,including traffic survey,active detection technology,healthy streets,and public participation,so as to understand the characteristics and problems of target streets more comprehensively.Whereafter,the paper designs the implementation path of street renewal,composed of the street renewal technique roadmap formulation led by green transportation,the step-by-step implementation of the complete avenue,multi-discipline coordinated design,integrated improvement of walking-cycling quality,design and construction tasks,and processes management.The focus of street serving is shifted from motor vehicles to pedestrians,and then creating high-quality street space.
