摘 要:无机锚固胶主要用于建筑结构的植筋加固,对材料的粘结强度有较高的质量要求。通过试验分析保水剂、膨胀剂、增韧材料(钢棉纤维)对无机锚固胶粘结强度及力学性能的影响。结果表明:无机保水剂硅酸镁铝的掺入可改善无机锚固胶的粘结性能,适宜掺量为0.1%;以膨胀剂取代6.0%胶凝材料时,无机锚固胶的膨胀率能符合JG/T 340—2011《混凝土结构工程用锚固胶》的要求,粘结强度提高11.7%;3种外加剂复掺可有效提高无机锚固胶的粘结强度,当硅酸镁铝掺量为0.1%、膨胀剂取代6.0%、钢棉纤维掺量为6.0%时,无机锚固胶在约束拉拔条件下带肋钢筋与混凝土的粘结强度达11.2 MPa,较未掺钢棉纤维时提高30.2%。Inorganic anchoring adhesive is mainly used for reinforcement of building structures,which has high quality requirements for the bonding strength of materials.Through experiments,the effects of water retaining agent,expansion agent and toughening materials on the bonding strength and mechanical properties of inorganic anchoring adhesive are analyzed.The results show that the addition of inorganic water retaining agent can improve the bonding performance of inorganic anchoring adhesive,and the amount of inorganic water retaining agent should be controlled at 0.1%.When the expansion agent replaces the cementitious material by 6.0%,the expansion rate of inorganic anchoring adhesive can meet the technical requirements of JG/T 340—2011"Anchoring adhesive for concrete structure engineering",and the bonding strength can be increased by 11.7%.The combination of three materials is used to effectively improve the bonding strength of inorganic anchoring adhesive.When the content of magnesium aluminum silicate is 0.1%,the expansion agent replaces 6.0%,and the amount of steel wool fiber is 6.0%,the bond strength between the ribbed steel bar and the concrete of the inorganic anchor adhesive under the restrained drawing condition reaches 11.2 MPa,which is 30.2%higher than that without steel wool fiber.
