摘  要:目的:了解医患在诊疗过程中的情绪状态,并从情绪感染理论视角厘清双方情绪关系,为今后医患沟通以及营造良好的医疗氛围提供参考。方法:对江苏省内9家公立医院及深圳1家公立医院开展医患情绪认知问卷调查,并对相关数据进行描述性分析。结果:与医生相比,患者情绪更易愤怒、注意力难以集中(P<0.05);医患双方对于情绪影响认知存在差异(P<0.05);患者对于医务人员态度重视性高于医务人员(P<0.05);医生需求集中于提高收入、患者的理解配合以及人文关怀(71.96%),患者需求集中于显著治疗效果和医生友善的服务态度(73.63%)。结论:医生在医患情绪感染中起主导作用,患方情绪能够影响医方,医患双方站位对方视角是情绪正向感染的保证,医生需要重视服务态度,利用情绪感染理论,学习相关成熟医患沟通模式,积极引导患者情绪走向,同时多举措保障医务人员积极情绪,提高患者就医依从度,营造和谐就医氛围。Objective:To understand the emotional state of doctors and patients in the process of diagnosis and treatment,and clarify the emotional relationship between the two parties from the perspective of emotional infection theory,providing references for future doctor-patient communication and creating a good medical atmosphere.Methods:From March to April 2021,a questionnaire survey of doctor-patient emotional cognition was conducted in 9 public hospitals in Jiangsu Province and 1 public hospital in Shenzhen,and related data were analyzed by descriptive analysis,independent sample t-test,andχ2 test.Results:Compared with doctors,patients were more emotionally irritable and had difficulty concentrating(P<0.05);there were differences in the perception of emotional impact between doctors and patients(P<0.05);patients paid more attention to medical staff than medical staff(P<0.05);the demand for doctors is focused on increasing income,patient understanding and cooperation,and humanistic care(71.96%),and the demand for patients is focused on significant treatment effects and doctor-friendly service attitudes(73.63%).Conclusion:Doctors play a leading role in doctor-patient emotional infection,patients'emotions can affect doctors,and patients take the perspective of each other as the guarantee of positive emotional infection.Doctors need to attach importance to service attitude,use emotional infection theory,learn relevant mature doctor-patient communication methods,and actively guide patients'emotional trends.At the same time,multiple measures are taken to ensure the positive emotions of medical staff,so as to improve patients'medical compliance and create a harmonious medical atmosphere.
