摘　　要：公立医院高质量发展是优化医疗资源配置、提升医院现代化管理水平、增强核心竞争力的必然要求。本文以首都医科大学宣武医院为例,介绍了医院充分发挥各级党组织作用,加强政治引领、组织引领、创新引领、服务引领、文化引领,以务实举措推动医院高质量发展的实践探索,为公立医院党建引领高质量发展提供参考。The high-quality development of public hospitals is an inevitable requirement for optimizing the allocation of medical resources,improving the modern management level of hospitals,and enhancing core competitiveness.Taking Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University as an example,this article introduces the practical exploration of the hospital to give full play to the role of Party organizations at all levels,strengthen political leadership,organizational leadership,innovation leadership,service leadership,and cultural leadership,and promote the high-quality development of hospitals with practical measures.The Party building of public hospitals leads high-quality development to provide reference.
