摘　　要：目的:建立标准化、规范化的新药遴选药学评价标准,保证新药遴选工作公开透明、客观公正、简单便捷。方法:采用常态运行模式对新药进行遴选,包括新药形式审查,药学小组评估,专业核心组评估,通报药事会、全院公示,临床试用评估,药事会审议通过、再次全院公示,进而纳入医院药品目录。结果:通过新药遴选常态运行模式可将满足临床需求和学科发展要求的新药及时快速地引进到医院,有效控制不合理药品费用支出。结论:程序化的新药遴选常态运行模式,简化了新药品遴选的流程,使医院药品目录得到及时有效地更新,可满足临床需求、促进合理用药。Objective:To establish a standardized and normalized pharmaceutical evaluation standard for the selection of new drugs,to ensure that the selection of new drugs is open,transparent,objective,fair,simple and convenient.Methods:The normal operation mode was used to select new drugs,including new drug form review,pharmacy team evaluation,professional core group evaluation,notification to the pharmacy committee,public announcement in the whole hospital,clinical trial evaluation,review and approval by the pharmacy committee,public announcement in the whole hospital again,and then Included in the hospital drug list.Results:Through the normal operation mode of new drug selection,new drugs that meet the clinical needs and requirements of discipline development can be introduced into the hospital in a timely and rapid manner,and the unreasonable drug expenses can be effectively controlled.Conclusion:The normal operation mode of programmed new drug selection simplifies the process of new drug selection,enables the hospital drug catalog to be updated in a timely and effective manner,and can meet clinical needs and promote rational drug use.
