摘　　要：面对当前医院高质量发展面临的收入增幅趋缓、人才学科建设有待加强、运行效率有待提升等问题,宁德师范学院附属宁德市医院坚持创新驱动发展,以党建为引领,以患者需求为导向,提升运营精细化管理,提升医院发展内涵质量,加强学科建设发展,健全人才培养制度,实现质量、效率变革,推动医院高质量发展。以此为基础,为广大患者提供优质、安全的医疗卫生服务。In the face of problems that the current high-quality development of hospitals,the income growth rate is slowing down,the construction of talent disciplines needs to be strengthened,and the operating efficiency needs to be improved.Ningde Municipal Hospital adheres to innovation-driven development,takes Party building as the guide,and takes patient needs as the orientation to improve the refined management of operations,improve the connotation and quality of hospital development,strengthen the development of discipline construction,improve the personnel training system,and realize quality and efficiency changes to promote the high-quality development of the hospital.Based on this,we provide high-quality and safe medical and health services for the majority of patients.
