摘  要:以新疆某钢厂精炼渣为实验原料,通过粒径、液固比、CO_(2)通气量、搅拌速度等不同工艺条件探究pH对精炼渣碳酸化效果的影响,分析碳酸化过程pH值和电导率的变化规律.通过XRD(X-Ray Difractometer)、SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope)、TG-DTG(Thermo Gravimetry-Derivative Thermo Gravimetry)、FT-IR(Fourier TransformInfrared Spectroscopy)、ICP离子色谱等表征方法研究在不同pH缓冲溶液下精炼渣碳酸化后矿相成分变化、pH对溶液中离子(Ca^(2+)、CO_(3)^(2-)、HCO_(3)^(-))的迁移转化,并对碳酸化程度、CaCO_(3)的质量和CO_(2)吸收量做定量分析.结果表明:pH在弱酸和强碱的条件下会促进Ca^(2+)的更高溶解,使C-S-H凝胶在碳酸化的作用下发生脱钙,最终生成CaCO_(3),pH=6.00时,总失重率达到最大为30.10%;pH=12.46时,碳酸化程度达到最高为40.48%.碳酸化后的精炼渣可用作建筑材料,达到“以废治废”的目的.The efect of pH on the carbonation of the slag from a steel plant in Xinjiang was studied,the effects of diferent process conditions,such as particle size,liquid-solid ratio,CO_(2) ventilation and stirring speed,on the carbonation efect of refining slag were studied.The variation law of pH value and conductivity during carbonation was analyzed.Through XRD(X-Ray Difractometer),SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope),TGDTG(Thermo Gravimetry-Derivative Thermo Gravimetry),FT-IR(Fourier Transform-Infrared Spectroscopy),ICP ion chromatography and other characterization methods were used to study the changes of mineral phase composition of refining slag after carbonation in diferent pH bufer solutions,pH of the ions in the solution.And the degree of carbonation,the mass of CaCO_(3) and the amount of CO_(2) absorption were quantitatively analyzed.The results show that pH can promote the higher dissolution of Ca^(2+)under the condition of weak acid and strong base,which leads to the decalcification of C-S-H gel to CaCO_(3) under the action of carbonation.When pH=6.00,the maximum weight loss rate is 30.10%;when pH=12.46,the maximum carbonation degree is 40.48%.The carbonated refining slag can be used as building materials to achieve the purpose of“using waste to treat waste”.
