大思政背景下高校管理育人的实践路径

摘　　要：在把握大思政背景下高校管理育人基本内涵的基础上,阐述了大思政背景下高校管理育人理念更加科学、水平更加专业和模式更加多元的主要特征。基于高校管理育人的发展现状和实践探索,分析了大思政背景下高校管理育人的现实问题,并从制度设计、过程管理、文化融入、师资队伍建设和线上线下结合等5个方面,探索了大思政背景下高校管理育人的实践路径。From the perspective of the integration of“big ideological and political”and management to educate the person,this paper expounds the significance of management education for college students under the background of“big ideological and political”.Based on the development status and practical exploration of management to educate the person,the paper analyzes the problems of management education for college students under the background of“big ideological and political”,and explores the practical paths of management education for college students under the background of“big ideological and political”from five aspects:system design,process management,cultural integration,teaching staff construction and combination of online and offline.
