长江经济带物流业碳排放效率的测度及时空演化特征研究

摘　　要：运用包含非期望产出的超效率SBM与Malmquist指数模型对2005—2019年长江经济带的物流业碳排放效率进行分析,并使用莫兰指数对空间自相关性进行了研究。结果表明:(1)样本期内,长江经济带物流业碳排放效率均值为0.671,三个区域整体表现为“上游<中游<下游”的形式。(2)纯技术效率和规模效率的提高直接促进了长江经济带碳排放效率的不断增长,上、中、下游地区的碳排放效率均呈现一定幅度的提升。云南省的物流业碳排放效率在整个长江经济带进步最为明显,而湖南省和四川省呈现负增长的趋势。(3)长江经济带物流业碳排放效率全局空间自相关性呈现由弱到强的演变趋势,局部空间异质性不断减弱,空间差异不断缩小。为进一步提高长江经济带物流业低碳化发展水平,应当助力产业的转型升级,转化科研成果至产业能源结构改革,推动上、中、下游三个区域的优势互补。The paper uses the super-efficiency SBM and Malmquist index model to measure the carbon emission efficiency of logistics industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2005 to 2019,and uses the Moran index to study the spatial autocorrelation.Experimental results show that:(1) In the sample period,the average carbon emission efficiency of logistics industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is 0.671,and the efficiency values of the three regions show a pattern of “downstream > middle > upstream”.(2) The improvement of the carbon emission efficiency of logistics industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is mainly attributed to the improvement of pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency,while the carbon emission efficiency in the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is improved to a certain extent.Yunnan Province has the largest increase in the carbon emission efficiency of logistics industry,while Hunan Province and Sichuan Province show a negative growth trend.(3) The global spatial autocorrelation of carbon emission efficiency of logistics industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt shows an evolution trend from weak to strong,with local spatial heterogeneity weakening and spatial difference narrowing.In order to better promote the low-carbon development of logistics industry in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,it is necessary to promote the transformation and upgrading of the industry,strengthen the transformation of low-carbon technology research achievements,and promote the complementary advantages of the upper,middle and lower regions.
