质量强国背景下森林生态旅游服务质量评价研究——以大别山国家森林公园为例

摘　　要：良好的服务质量是旅游者满意的决定性因素,是森林生态旅游高质量发展的必要条件。以服务质量差距理论为指导,修正森林生态旅游ECOSERV模型,并创造性地将其与IPA分析法衔接,构建森林生态旅游服务质量评价研究框架,弥补已有模型难以较好指导进一步研究的缺点,并以大别山国家森林公园为例进行实证研究。结果表明,我国森林生态旅游者的构成及其服务需求均在发生变化,研究指出,在质量强国战略背景下提升森林生态旅游服务质量十分迫切,创新服务理念、完善服务功能、加强服务管理是满足服务需求、提升森林生态旅游服务质量的重要举措。Good service quality is not only a decisive factor for tourists’ satisfaction but also a necessary condition for high-quality development of forest ecotourism.The paper,under the guidance of the gap theory of service quality,with Dabieshan National Forest Park as the object of investigation,uses modified ECOSERV model and IPA method to study the service quality evaluation of forest ecotourism,makes up for the shortcomings of the existing models.The results show that the composition of forest ecotourists and their service needs are changing.The study points out that it is particularly urgent to improve the service quality and level of forest ecotourism under the background of superpower in quality.Innovating service concepts,improving service functions and strengthening service management are important measures to meet the service demands and improve the quality of forest ecotourism services.
