摘  要:无铅材料(1-x)(Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5))TiO_(3)-xBaTiO_(3)(NBT-xBT)具有准同型相界结构,采用顶部籽晶助熔剂法生长出不同组分NBT-xBT单晶,研究其准同型相界结构附近的单晶的组分、取向和光学性能之间的关系。[001]取向极化的四方相NBT-xBT单晶透光率达到70%。晶体的透光率决定于极化后的电畴组态。测得室温下[001]取向极化晶体的折射率,拟合出折射率色散方程,在紫外及可见光谱区域,折射率随波长的增大迅速地减小。此研究有助于环保型光学器件的研制。Lead-free materials(1-x)(Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5))TiO_(3-x)BaTiO_(3)(NBT-xBT)have morphotropic phase boundary structure.Here the NBT-xBT single crystals with different compositions were fabricated by optimized top-seeded solution growth method.Relationship between the composition,orientation and optical properties of the single crystals near morphotropic phase boundary structure was studied.Transmittance of[001]-poled tetragonal NBT-xBT single crystal reaches 70%.The transmittance of crystals depends on the domain configuration after poled.Refractive indices of the crystals poled along[001]direction were measured at room temperature,and dispersion equations were fitted.Refractive index increases rapidly as the wavelength decreases.These studies are helpful to the development of environmentally friendly optical devices.
