摘  要:稀土元素具有独特的4f-5d空轨结构,易与高分子结构中的O、N元素形成配位键,进而改善高分子的性能。热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(TPU)由于结构稳定性和微生物抗性以及蛋白质相似性的分子结构和分子结构,是一种很好的生物材料,在高分子材料中引入少量稀土可以提高其血液相容性和生物相容性,使其在体内稳定存在。以纳米氧化镧(La_(2)O_(3))为研究对象,采用具有独特纳米空腔结构的树枝状大分子为模板剂,诱导控制制备出不同形态结构的纳米La_(2)O_(3)。再将稀土化合物引入TPU原位本体聚合中,得到纳米La_(2)O_(3)/TPU弹性体复合材料。系统研究了纳米La_(2)O_(3)/TPU弹性体复合材料的生物性能。研究结果表明,由于纳米稀土的引入,TPU弹性体血液相容性和生物相容性显著提高。Rare earth elements have a unique 4f-5d orbital structure,which is easy to form coordination bonds with O and N elements in the polymer structure,thus improving the properties of the polymer.Thermoplastic urethane(TPU)is a good biomaterial due to its structural stability,microbial resistance and similar molecular structure and structure of proteins.Introducing a small amount of rare earth into the polymer material can improve its blood compatibility and biocompatibility and make it exist stably in vivo.In this paper,nano lanthanum oxide(La_(2)O_(3))was used as the research object,and dendritic macromolecules with unique nano cavity structure were used as templates to induce and control the preparation of nano lanthanum oxide with different morphological structures.The La_(2)O_(3)/TPU elastomer composites were prepared by introducing rare earth compounds into TPU in-situ bulk polymerization.The biological properties of nano-La_(2)O_(3)/TPU elastomer composites were systematically studied.The results showed that the blood compatibility and biocompatibility of TPU elastomers were significantly improved due to the introduction of nano rare earth.
