疏肝涤痰安神养脑法治疗维持性透析顽固性失眠患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝涤痰安神养脑法治疗维持性透析顽固性失眠患者的效果。方法:选取2019年6月-2021年3月苏州市吴江区中医医院治疗的50例维持性透析顽固性失眠患者。随机将其分为治疗组和对照组,各25例。对照组给予艾司唑仑治疗,治疗组给予疏肝涤痰安神养脑法。比较两组治疗前后中医症状积分、睡眠情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组中医症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、日间功能障碍评分及总分均降低,且均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝涤痰安神养脑法治疗维持性透析顽固性失眠患者效果显著,能够改善患者睡眠情况及多虑,抑郁情绪,在临床中可进行推广。Objective:To observe the effect of soothing the liver,purging phlegm,soothing the mind and nourishing the brain method in the treatment of patients with obstinate insomnia undergoing maintenance dialysis.Method:From June 2019 to March 2021,50 patients with obstinate insomnia undergoing maintenance dialysis treated in Wujiang District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Suzhou City were selected.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,25 cases in each group.The control group was given the Estazolam treatment,and the treatment group was given the soothing the liver,purging phlegm,soothing the mind and nourishing the brain method.The traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and sleep conditions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of sleep quality,falling asleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder and daytime dysfunction and total scores in the treatment group were lower than those before treatment,and lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The soothing the liver,purging phlegm,soothing the mind and nourishing the brain method has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with obstinate insomnia undergoing maintenance dialysis,which can improve the patients’sleep situation,full of anxiety and depression mood,and can be promoted in clinic.
