超声引导下改良聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂注射治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床效果及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的:探究超声引导下改良聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂注射治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床效果及安全性。方法:选择80例2019年6月-2021年5月厦门大学附属中山医院收治的大隐静脉曲张患者,采用随机数字表法分为研究组(n=40)及对照组(n=40)。对照组采用常规剥脱术治疗,研究组则在超声引导下注射改良聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂治疗。对比两组围手术期指标、病情分级情况及并发症。结果:研究组手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后病情分级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的30.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导下采用改良聚桂醇泡沫硬化剂注射治疗大隐静脉曲张患者可获得较好的临床效果,能有效缓解病情,且并发症少,安全可靠,值得推广应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and safety of ultrasound-guided injection of modified polyvinyl alcohol foam hardening in the treatment of varicose great saphenous vein.Method:A total of 80 patients with varicose great saphenous vein treated in Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from June 2019 to May 2021 were divided into study group(n=40)and control group(n=40)by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional exfoliation,while the study group was treated with ultrasound-guided injection of polyvinyl alcohol foam hardening.The perioperative indexes,disease grading and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative disease grading in the study group was better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 10.00%,which was lower than 30.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided injection of modified polyvinyl alcohol foam hardening in the treatment of patients with varicose great saphenous vein can achieve good clinical results,effectively alleviate the disease,with less complications,safe and reliable,which is worth of popularizing.
