沐足方联合常规治疗在糖尿病下肢周围神经病变中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨沐足方联合常规治疗在糖尿病下肢周围神经病变中的效果。方法:回顾性分析2020年1月-2021年9月于福建中医药大学附属人民医院内分泌科治疗的糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者的临床资料。依据不同治疗方式分为观察组(n=48,足浴方联合常规治疗)与对照组(n=48,常规治疗)。比较两组治疗前后神经传导速度、多伦多临床神经病变评分(TCSS)量表评分、中医症状评分。结果:两组治疗前神经传导速度、TCSS评分、中医症状评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后腓总神经和腓肠神经传导速度均快于对照组,TCSS评分、中医症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:沐足方联合常规治疗在糖尿病下肢周围神经病变的效果较好,值得进一步推广。Objective:To explore the effect of Foot-soaking Prescription combined with conventional therapy on diabetic peripheral neuropathy of lower limb.Method:The clinical data of DPN patients who treated at the Department of Endocrinology,People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to September 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into the observation group(n=48,Foot-soaking Prescription combined with conventional treatment)and the control group(n=48,conventional treatment)according to different treatment modalities.The nerve conduction velocity,Toronto clinical scoring system(TCSS)and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms scores of two groups before and after treatment were evaluated.Result:The differences in nerve conduction velocity,TCSS score and TCM symptom score between two groups before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the conduction velocities of common peroneal and peroneal nerves in the observation group were faster than those in the control group,and the TCSS score and TCM symptom score were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Foot-soaking Prescription combined with conventional treatment in diabetic peripheral neuropathy of lower limb is better and deserved further promotion.
