定喘膏联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰浊壅肺证的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:研究定喘膏联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰浊壅肺证的临床效果。方法:选取2019年10月-2021年10月泰州市中西医结合医院肺病科收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰浊壅肺证患者60例,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。其中对照组予以西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予定喘膏内服+穴位贴敷,两组均治疗7 d。比较两组中医症候积分、治疗效果、治疗起效时间及生活质量。结果:治疗后,治疗组中医症候积分优于对照组,CAT、mMRC评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者起效时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:临床针对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期痰浊壅肺证患者,采用定喘膏联合穴位贴敷疗法,可明显改善患者临床症状,提升患者生活质量,安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Dingchuan Ointment combined with acupoint application in the treatment of phlegm turbidity blocking lung syndrome in the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Method:A total of60 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with phlegm turbidity blocking lung syndrome admitted to the Department of Pulmonary Disease of Taizhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was given Dingchuan Ointment for internal administration + acupoint application on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 7 days.The TCM syndrome score,treatment effect,treatment onset time and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,and the CAT and mMRC scores were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,which was higher than 80.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the onset time between the two groups (P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:The clinical application of Dingchuan Ointment combined with acupoint application can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,improve the quality of life of patients,with high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
