醋酸亮丙瑞林在中枢性性早熟女童中的疗效及对性激素、子宫卵巢的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究及观察醋酸亮丙瑞林在中枢性性早熟女童中的疗效及对性激素、子宫卵巢的影响。方法:将2019年6月-2021年12月宁德师范学院附属宁德市医院的200例中枢性性早熟女童根据随机数字表法分为对照组100例和观察组100例。对照组采用口服丹栀逍遥丸进行治疗,观察组则采用醋酸亮丙瑞林注射治疗。比较两组治疗效果、不良反应发生率、治疗前后的预测身高、骨龄/实际年龄、性激素水平、子宫大小及卵巢体积。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗前预测身高、骨龄/实际年龄、性激素水平、子宫大小及卵巢体积比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗3、6个月后预测身高、骨龄/实际年龄、性激素水平、子宫大小及卵巢体积均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:醋酸亮丙瑞林在中枢性性早熟女童中的疗效较好,且可显著改善患儿的性激素及子宫卵巢体积,在中枢性性早熟女童中的应用价值较高。Objective:To investigate and observe the effect of Leuprolide Acetate in the girls with central precocious puberty and its influence on sex hormones,uterus and ovary.Method:A total of 200 girls with central precocious puberty in Ningde Hospital Affiliated to Ningde Normal University from June 2019 to December 2021 were divided into the control group of 100 cases and the observation group of 100 cases by the method of random number table method.The control group was treated by oral Danzhi Xiaoyao Pills,the observation group was treated with Leuprolide Acetate by injection.Then the effect of treatment,adverse reactions rates,predicted height,bone age/actual age,sex hormone levels,uterus size and ovary volume before and after treatment of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The adverse reactions rates of two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05).The predicted height,bone age/actual age,sex hormone levels,uterus size and ovary volume of two groups before treatment were compared,the differences were not statistically significant (P>0.05);the predicted height,bone age/actual age,sex hormone levels,uterus size and ovary volume of the observation group at 3 and 6 months after treatment were all significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Leuprolide Acetate in the girls with central precocious puberty is better,and it can significantly improve the sex hormones,uterus and ovary of children,so its application value in the girls with central precocious puberty is higher.
