摘　　要：在矿热炉电极测长系统中,为实时监测电极运行状态、电极长度、电极电源状态等数据,将电极测量装置安装在矿热炉电极筒盖的中央,并将测量数据以无线数据传输的方式实时发送给集中器,实时监测电极状态,对矿热炉生产安全和资源节约有着十分重要的意义。为了实现数据实时传输,设计了基于ZigBee的电极测长装置无线通信系统。在传输数据信息时为确保对数据传输环境并无影响,采用一主多从的网络拓扑结构,设计通信规约,从而完成数据信息的无线传输。In the electrode length measurement system of submerged arc furnace,in order to monitor the data of electrode running status,electrode length,electrode power supply status in real time,the electrode measuring device is installed in the center of the electrode cylinder cover of submerged arc furnace,and the measurement data is recorded as wireless data.The transmission method is sent to the concentrator in real time,and the electrode status is monitored in real time,which is of great significance to the production safety and resource saving of the submerged arc furnace.In order to realize the real-time data transmission,the wireless communication system of the electrode length measuring device based on Zig Bee is designed in this paper.In order to ensure that there is no impact on the data transmission environment when transmitting data information,a network topology with one master and multiple slaves is adopted,and a communication protocol is designed to complete the wireless transmission of data information.
