摘  要:现有井下阵列式摄像机通常使用数字接口连接编码板,而数字接口在输送信号过程中需要的信号线过多会导致排线不利和后续故障排查困难。针对该问题,在实验室已有的VideoLog井下数字IPC编码板的基础上进行改进,使设备能接收并处理AHD模拟接口信号,在保证获取高清视频的前提下大大减少了信号线数量。设计以HI3516EV300为核心处理器进行硬件设计、软件设计,通过功能测试证实该IPC编码板运行可靠。Existing downhole array cameras usually usually uses a digital interface to connect the coding board. However,the digital interface requires too many signal lines in the process of transmitting signals which will leads to unfavorable wiring and difficulty in subsequent troubleshooting. Aiming atthis problem,this design is based on the existing VideoLog underground digitalIPC encoding board inthe laboratory, enables the device to accept and process AHD analog interface signals. On the premise of ensuring the acquisition of high-definition video, the number of signal lines is greatly reduced.This design is hardware design with Hi3516EV300 as the core processor, software design, confirming that the IPC coding board is reliable by functional test.
