秦氏“头八针”治疗轻中度帕金森病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察运用秦氏“头八针”治疗轻中度帕金森病的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的68例帕金森病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组34例。治疗组采用针刺秦氏“头八针”配合多巴丝肼片治疗,针刺每周3次,治疗8周,对照组采用单纯口服多巴丝肼片治疗。比较两组治疗前与治疗后统一帕金森病评定量表(UPDRS3.0版)评分、汉密尔顿(HAMD)抑郁量表评分、帕金森病中医生存质量量表评分及连线测试A和B计时变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.63%(29/32),对照组总有效率为78.79%(26/32),治疗组的总体疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后UPDRS总分以及UPDRSⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ部分评分、HAMD量表评分、连线测试B计时、帕金森病中医生存质量量表生理及心理领域维度评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:秦氏“头八针”能提高轻、中度帕金森病患者的运动功能,改善日常活动能力、思维转换能力及抑郁症状,具有较好疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qin s eight scalp acupuncture in treatment of mild to moderate Parkinson s disease(PD).Methods:68 patients with PD who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 34 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with Qin s eight scalp acupuncture combined with Madopar,and the acupuncture was three times a week for 8 weeks;the control group was only treated with Madopar.The changes of UPDRS 3.0 scores,HAMD scores,TCM Quality of Life Scale of PD scores,and Trail Making Test A and B were compared between before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.63%(29/32),which was significantly higher than 78.79%(26/32)of the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the total scores of UPDRS,the scores of UPDRSⅠ,UPDRSⅡ,UPDRSⅢ,HAMD scale scores,the domains of physiology and psychology in TCM QOL scale of PD,as well as in the timing of Trail Making Test B between the two groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Qin s eight scalp acupuncture can improve motor function,activities of daily living,thinking transformation ability and depression symptoms in treatment of mild to moderate PD,with its good curative effect.
