摘　　要：继“醒脑开窍”针刺法之后,石学敏院士将中风病的防治前移至高血压,创立“司气海,调血压”针刺法,本研究以该针法为载体,总结分享石学敏院士应用针灸治病的学术思想和特色——“司气海,调血压”针刺法的形成渊源体现其“治未病”理念,理论基础彰显其“衷中参西”的观念,临床应用表明其重视“辨病论治”的治疗思想,具体操作显示其注重手法量化的观点,系列试验研究凸显其重视科研的态度。Following the acupuncture technique of‘consciousness-restoring resuscitation’,academician SHI Xuemin put the prevention and treatment of stroke before hypertension and founded the acupuncture technique of‘governing sea of Qi and regulating blood pressure’.Taking this acupuncture technique as the carrier,this study summarized and shared academician SHI Xuemin’s academic thoughts and characteristics in using acupuncture and moximoxition,namely,the formation origin of the acupuncture technique reflected the concept of‘preventive treatment of disease’;the theoretical basis showed the concept of‘Chinese medicine with reference to western medicine’;clinical application emphasized on the treatment idea of disease differentiation;the specific manipulations showed the viewpoint of paying attention to technique quantification;a series of experimental studies highlighted the importance of scientific research.
