基于“头项寻列缺”探讨经脉体表的特异性联系

摘　　要：“头项寻列缺”,最早记载于明代徐凤《针灸大全》,列缺穴为手太阴肺经络穴,尤擅头项部疾病,其临床疗效显著,但其机制尚未捋清。本论文基于循证医学角度,通过整理近年来关于“头项寻列缺”的理论机制、研究现状和机理方面去探析列缺穴与头项部的特定联系,进而为经脉体表-体表的特异性联系提供客观依据,同时探讨经脉体表特异性联系的发展,以期为今后针灸临床基础研究的发展提供新思路,对促进针灸理论研究与临床发展都将具有十分重要的意义。‘Tou Xiang Xun Lieque’,which means treating head and neck disease with Lieque(LU7),was first recorded in Zhen Jiu Da Quan written by XU Feng in the Ming Dynasty.LU7 is the Luo-connecting point of Lung Meridian of Hand Taiyin,which has a significant curative effect in treating diseases of head and neck,however,the mechanism is not yet clear.Based on evidence-based medicine,this study explored the specific relationship between LU7 and head and neck by sorting out the theoretical mechanism,research status and mechanism of‘Tou Xiang Xun Lieque’in recent years.It provided more objective basis for the specific relationship between meridian and body surface,and discussed the development of the specific relationship,aiming to provide further new ideas for the development of acupuncture and moxibustion clinical basic researches in the future.It will be of great significance to promote theoretical researches and clinical developments of acupuncture and moxibustion.
