摘 要:本文以系列化中国标准地铁列车为依托,结合用户需求及以往项目统计,在充分考虑未来地铁列车辅助系统发展方向的同时,按照模块化、简统化、轻量化的设计思路,研发了适配于80 km/h及120 km/h A/B两种车型的辅助电源系统平台,同时以平台中的一种产品为例,介绍相关试验情况,展示部分试验数据。该平台具有高集成度、高效率、小型轻量及性能优越等特点。仿真及试验结果表明,该平台产品具有良好的结构强度以及散热性能,满足未来一段时间内地铁列车辅助电源系统的需求。该平台的成功研制,对于降低地铁车辆运维成本,引领轨道交通辅助电源技术发展方向,推动相关产业的发展具有重要意义。Based on the serialized Chinese standard metro trains,combined with user needs and previous project statistics,this paper fully considers the future development direction of metro train auxiliary system,and develops the auxiliary power system platform suitable for type A/B train with the speed of 80 km/h and 120 km/h according to the modular,simplified and lightweight design ideas.At the same time,a kind of product in the platform is taken as an example to introduce the relevant test conditions and show some test data.The platform has the characteristics of high integration,high efficiency,small weight and superior performance.The simulation and experimental results show that the platform has good structural strength and heat dissipation performance to meet the needs of metro train auxiliary power system in the future.The successful development of the platform is of great significance for reducing the operation and maintenance cost of metro train,leading the development direction of rail transit auxiliary power technology and promoting the development of related industries.
