摘　　要：城市轨道交通发展需要城市轨道交通警务理论和实践经验与之匹配。城市轨道交通公安派出所警务队是城轨派出所驻城轨车站开展警务工作的驻站组织。城市轨道交通公安派出所警务队民警工作主要内容是:巡逻查控、先期处置;监督指导、隐患排查;组织动员、服务群众。城市轨道交通公安派出所警务队民警工作具有技战法依托复杂空间结构、警务手段受大客流影响、工作重点为反恐防暴、工作模式是多方参与等四个特点。The police in police stations of the urban rail transit should match their theories with practical experiences in the development of urban rail transit. The police team of urban rail transit police stations is the stationing organization of urban rail police stations to carry out police work in urban rail station. Their principal jobs at the urban rail transit station is to patrol, investigate and control, to solve troubles in advance, to supervise and guide, to identify potential dangers, to organize and serve the masses. This paper analyses the four work characteristics of the police in urban rail transit police stations which includes technical tactics relying on complex spatial structures, police methods affected by large passenger flows, the work focus being anti-terrorism and riot prevention and the multi-participative working mechanism.
