摘　　要：因为发展经济、扩大生产的需要,石油化工企业层出不穷。和人们生活息息相关的汽车、轮船、建材、医疗设备等都有赖于石油化学工业的兴起和发展方得以普及。然而石油化工建设是一把双刃剑,在给社会带来高效益的同时,亦存在着一些不容忽视的安全和环境风险问题,常年高温运行状态下,加之操作复杂,势必存在火灾、爆炸等风险。由此可见,加强探讨石油化工建设项目的环境风险评价机制以及将环境评价机制落到实处尤为重要。Due to the need to develop the economy and expand the production,petrochemical enterprises have emerged successively.Automobiles,ships,building materials and medical equipment are closely related to people’s lives,and their popularizations depend on the rise and development of the petrochemical industry.However,petrochemical industry construction is a double-edged sword,while brings high benefits to the society,and also has some safety and environmental risks that cannot be ignored.In perennial high-temperature operation,coupled with complex operation,it is bound to have fire,explosion and other risks.So it is particularly important to strengthen the discussion of the environmental risk assessment mechanism of petrochemical industry construction projects and implement the environmental assessment mechanism.
