摘　　要：随着芳纶纸蜂窝的应用逐渐广泛,国内外对其成型工艺的研究也层出不穷。涂胶、叠合过程作为芳纶纸蜂窝制造的第一步,通过控制涂胶、叠合过程的关键参数和把控原材料的重要性能能够有效保障芳纶纸蜂窝的节点强度、压缩强度、剪切强度等。本文综述了芳纶纸蜂窝涂胶工艺研究现状和存在的主要问题,分析了涂胶过程中的关键参数及影响,并提出了关于芳纶纸蜂窝行业和涂胶工艺发展方向。As the use of aramid honeycombs is gradually widespread,there are a lot researches on its molding process at home and abroad.The first step in the manufacture of aramid honeycomb is the printing and lamination process.To effectively ensure node strength,compression strength,and shear strength of aramid honeycomb,the key parameters of the printing and lamination process and the important properties of the raw materials are controlled.This paper summarizes the current status and main problem of printing process of aramid honeycomb,analyzes the key parameters of printing process and their impact,and also proposes the development direction of aramid honeycomb industry and printing process.
