摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病患者自我管理教育参与意愿现状并分析其影响因素,为改善患者的自我管理教育参与意愿提供参考。方法采用一般资料问卷、自我管理教育参与意愿及影响因素问卷对海南省3所三级甲等医院的431例2型糖尿病患者进行调查。结果2型糖尿病患者自我管理教育的参与意愿均分为(2.95±0.85)分,愿意及非常愿意参加糖尿病自我管理教育项目的比例仅为23.67%,仅71例(16.47%)患者参与了自我管理教育项目。多元线性回归分析显示,文化程度、家庭人均月收入、糖尿病治疗方式、缺乏糖尿病知识、缺乏对自我管理教育的了解、害怕因糖尿病被歧视及医护人员未介绍参加教育课程的益处是自我管理教育参与意愿的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者对自我管理教育的参与率、参与意愿均处于较低水平。应根据影响因素进行针对性干预,最终促进患者参与自我管理教育。Objective To explore the participation willingness and influencing factors of self-management education in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),and to provide reference for improving the participation willingness in self-management education for patients with T2DM.Methods A total of 431 T2DM patients from 3 ClassⅢGrade A hospitals in Hainan Province were investigated by general information questionnaire,self-management education participation and influencing factors questionnaire.Results The average score of participation willingness in diabetes self-management education was(2.95±0.85),the proportion of willing and very willing to participate in diabetes self-management education program was only 23.67%,and only 71 patients(16.47%)had participated in the self-management education program.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level,family monthly income,diabetes treatment methods,lack of knowledge about diabetes,lack of understanding of self-management education,fear of being discriminated against because of disease,and the lack of presentation by medical staff of the benefits of participation in educational courses were the main influencing factors of self-management participation willingness(P<0.05).Conclusion The rate and willingness to participate in self-management education of T2DM patients are at low level.Targeted intervention should be carried out according to the influencing factors,and finally improve the participation in self-management education.
