摘  要:结合22万t/a聚苯乙烯装置工艺特点及专用料生产关键技术,制定了GPPS-300NT生产工艺方案。对工业化试生产的产品开展基础物性、相对分子质量及其分布、转矩流变性能、毛细流变性能及下游加工应用测试。结果表明:GPPS-300NT与对标产品GPPS-B、GPPS-C相比,熔体质量流动速率(MFR)偏高,刚性、韧性、热力学性能、颜色及光学性能相当,相对分子质量分布一致但小分子含量稍多,抗热氧剪切性能略低;下游加工应用方面,GPPS-300NT生产的光扩散板与GPPS-B表现整体相当,能够满足下游用户需求,其光学性能较优。Combined with the process characteristics of 220 000 t/a polystyrene plant and the key technology of special material production, the production process scheme of GPPS-300 NT was formulated. The basic physical properties, relative molecular weight and its distribution, torque rheological properties, capillary rheological properties and downstream processing application tests were carried out for the industrial trial production products. The results show that compared with the standard products GPPS-B and GPPS-C, GPPS-300 NT has higher melt mass-flow rate(MFR), similar rigidity, toughness, thermodynamic properties, color and optical properties, consistent relative molecular weight distribution, but slightly more small molecule content, and slightly lower thermal oxygen shear resistance. In terms of downstream processing and application, the light diffuser plate produced by GPPS-300 NT is equivalent to GPPS-B as a whole, which can meet the needs of downstream users, and its optical performance is better.
