基于SMART原则规范病区基数药品管理的效果评价

摘　　要：目的建立基于SMART原则的病区基数药品规范管理方法并评价其效果。方法回顾性分析解放军总医院第七医学中心脑血管病区基数药品管理情况,将SMART原则应用于脑血管病区基数药品管理,设定符合目标管理原则的分项拆解目标,细化基数药品管理举措,加强医、药、护跨专业团队协作,组织药品相关知识培训,优化基数药品目录,落实基数药品分类分区定位放置,规范基数药品标识,加大剩余药品管理力度,持续改善脑血管病区基数药品管理质量。结果病区基数药品管理质量明显提升,未发生基数药品相关护理不良事件,基数药品种类明显减少,药品清点交接时间显著缩短,护士药品相关知识考核成绩明显提升。结论使用SMART管理可提升病区基数药品管理质量,杜绝药品安全管理隐患,为护士创造安全用药环境。Objective To establish a standardized management method of cardinal drugs in wards based on SMART principles and evaluate its effect.Methods The flaws of cardinal drug management in cerebrovascular disease wards were retrospectively analyzed,and SMART principles were implemented,including setting clear,measurable,achievable,relevant and time-limited management objectives,refining management measures for cardinal drugs,strengthening the teamwork among doctors,pharmacists and nurses,organizing drug-related knowledge training,optimizing cardinal drug catalogues,placing cardinal drugs by category,standardizing the identification of cardinal drugs,and strengthening the control of surplus drugs.Results By adopting the standardized management method o£cardinal drugs in wards based on SMART principles,the quality control of cardinal drug in these wards was much improved,no adverse nursing events related to cardinal drugs occurred,there were fewer types of cardinal drugs,management of the drug inventory and handover took much less time,and the scores of nurses on tests of drug-related knowledge were significantly higher.Conclusion The application of SMART principles can improve the quality of drug management in the ward,eliminate the risks to drug safety,and help ensure the safe use of drugs by nurses.
