摘  要:目的建立使用高效液相色谱(HPLC)对射干抗病毒口服液中绿原酸、咖啡酸和次野鸢尾黄素同时进行含量测定的方法,为日常生产的质量控制工作提供依据并提高检测效率。方法HPLC-DAD检测器,Agilent 5 TC C_(18)(2)4.6 mm×250 mm色谱柱,流动相为乙腈和0.5%磷酸梯度洗脱,柱温:25℃,检测波长:265 nm,流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1),进样量:10μl。结果同时测定射干抗病毒口服液中绿原酸和咖啡酸、次野鸢尾黄素含量的HPLC方法得以建立。绿原酸、咖啡酸和次野鸢尾黄素含量分别为0.772.0.048、0.054 mg·m1^(-1)。结论该方法稳定性好,准确度高,同时测定3种成分高效简便,适用于射干抗病毒口服液的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid,caf feic acid and irisflorentin in Belamcanda Sinensis antiviral oral-liquid by HPLC in order to provide data for quality control and improve the detection efficiency.Methods HPLC-DAD analysis was carried out on an Agilent TC C_(18)(2)4.6 mm×250 mm column.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.5%phosphoric acid solution for gradient elution.The column temperature was 25℃,the detection wavelength was 265 nm,volume flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^(-1),and the sampling amount was 10 μl.Results A method for simultaneous determination of the contents of chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid and irisflorentin in Belamcanda Sinensis antiviral oral-liquid was established.The content of the three substances was 0.772,0.048 and 0.054 mg·ml^(-1),respectively.Conclusion This method is accurate,sensitive and efficient for simultaneous determination of three active ingredients,which is suitable for quality control of Belamcanda Sinensis antiviral oral-liquid.
