温鼻止鼽颗粒辅助治疗常年变应性鼻炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟温鼻止鼽颗粒辅助治疗常年变应性鼻炎临床疗效。方法选择符合纳入标准患者100例,治疗组给予自拟温鼻止鼽颗粒联合布地奈德福莫特罗鼻喷剂治疗4周,对照组单纯给予布地奈德福莫特罗鼻喷剂治疗4周。比较治疗前后及治疗后第3个月的中医症候积分、血清嗜酸性粒细胞计数、治疗总有效率。结果治疗后两组中医症状积分及嗜酸性粒细胞计数均下降。治疗后第3个月复查,对照组的中医症侯积分呈升高趋势,治疗组积分较为平稳;血清嗜酸性粒细胞计数对照组呈上升趋势。临床综合疗效方面治疗后3个月对照组的有效率低于治疗组。结论自拟温鼻止鼽颗粒辅助治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效持续性优于单用布地奈德福莫特罗鼻喷剂。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wenbizhiqiu granules in the adjuvant treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis.Methods One hundred patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected.The treatment group was treated with Wenbizhiqiu granules combined with the budesonide inhaler for 4 weeks.The control group was treated with budesonide inhaler alone for 4 weeks.The TCM(Traditional Chinese Medicine)symptom scores,serum eosinophil counts and effective rate before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.These patients were followed up for three months.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the TCM symptom scores and eosinophil counts of the two groups decreased.The follow-up visits showed that the TCM score of the control group increased,but was relatively stable in the treatment group.The count of serum eosinophils in the control group was increased.The effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the treatment group.Conclusion Although clinical symptoms can be controlled and scrum eosinophil counts reduced in both groups,the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.
