摘 要:为研究带门洞预制空心墙板结构的抗震性能与失效机制,检验预制空心墙板连接方法的可靠性,明确切割空心墙板用作过梁的可行性,开展了足尺模型低周往复荷载试验。结果表明:预制空心墙板之间、预制空心墙板与后浇边缘带之间的水平连接筋未屈服,且能有效阻止拼缝开裂与错动,连接安全可靠;过梁下部支撑区未出现局部压溃或落梁病害,且能沿圆孔薄壁处形成水平耗能通道;整体结构侧向变形呈剪切型,门洞两侧墙板在加载后期有抬升现象,两侧墙肢能形成单向稳定斜压杆参与工作;基于抗剪抵抗机构思想构建刚架斜压杆模型,不仅能有效表征带门洞预制空心墙板结构的工作机制,且可建立物理意义明确、具有较高精度的抗侧极限承载力计算方法。有关成果可为带门洞预制空心墙板的工程应用提供参考。In order to study the seismic performance and failure mechanism of precast hollow wall panels with door,check the reliability of the connection method of prefabricated uniform hollow wall panel,clarify the feasibility of cutting hollow wall panel as lintel,the low cycle reciprocating load test of full-scale model was conducted.The results show that the horizontal connecting bars between precast hollow wall panels and between precast hollow wall panels and post cast edge member are not yielding and can effectively prevent joint cracking and dislocation,connection mode is safe and reliable.There is no local crushing or beam falling disease in the lower support area of the lintel,and a horizontal energy dissipation channel can be formed along the thin wall of the circular hole.The lateral deformation of the whole structure is shear type,the panels on both sides of the door opening are lifted in the later stage,and the wall limbs on both sides can form a unidirectional stable diagonal compression bar.In terms of theoretical derivation,the rigid frame diagonal compression bar model is proposed based on shear resistance mechanism,it can not only effectively characterize the working mechanism of prefabricated hollow wall panels structure with door,but also establish a calculation method of lateral ultimate bearing capacity with clear physical meaning and high accuracy.The relevant achievements can provide reference for the engineering application of precast hollow wall panels.
