摘 要:研究了水胶比、胶砂比、矿物掺合料的类型及掺量对超高性能混凝土(UHPC)工作性和力学性能的影响。结果表明:适当增大水胶比和胶砂比、掺入适量矿物掺合料均对UHPC的工作性有积极影响;随着水胶比的增加,UHPC的抗压强度基本呈降低趋势;胶砂比对UHPC抗压强度的影响不明显;掺入适量矿物掺合料(硅灰+超细粉煤灰微珠)可显著提高UHPC的28 d抗压强度。综合考虑工作性和力学性能,UHPC的推荐配合比为:水胶比控制在0.16~0.18,胶砂比控制在1.00~1.15,矿物掺合料(硅灰+超细粉煤灰微珠)总掺量控制在25%~35%,超细粉煤灰微珠掺量控制在15%~25%。The effects of water-binder ratio,binder-sand ratio,type and content of mineral admixture on the workability and mechanical properties of ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)were studied.The results show that the workability of UHPC is positively affected by properly increasing the water-cement ratio and the binder-sand ratio,and adding appropriate content of mineral admixtures.With the increase of water-binder ratio,the compressive strength of UHPC generally decreases.The binder-sand ratio has no obvious effect on the compressive strength of UHPC.The 28 d compressive strength of UHPC can be significantly improved by adding appropriate content of mineral admixtures(silica fume and superfine fly ash microbeads).Considering the workability and mechanical properties of UHPC comprehensively,it is recommended that the mix proportion of UHPC should be controlled as follows:the water-binder ratio should be controlled within 0.16~0.18,the binder-sand ratio should be controlled within 1.00~1.15,the total content of mineral admixture(silica fume and superfine fly ash microbeads)should be controlled within 25%~35%,and the content of superfine fly ash microbeads should be controlled within 15%~25%.
