摘 要:通过三分点静载抗弯试验,研究了超高分子量聚乙烯纤维(UHMWPE)体积掺量(0、0.3%、0.5%、0.7%)对钢筋混凝土板和玻璃纤维增强聚合物(GFRP)筋混凝土板抗弯性能的影响,观察了混凝土板的抗弯破坏形态,获得了承载力、挠度、裂缝分布、纵筋应变等指标,提出了适用于GFRP筋和UHMWPE增强混凝土板的极限承载力计算公式。结果表明:UHMWPE的掺入改善了GFRP筋混凝土板的脆性破坏模式;0.5%体积掺量的UHMWPE对钢筋混凝土板和GFRP筋混凝土板跨中变形的抑制效果最佳,但当UHMWPE体积掺量达到0.7%时抑制效果不明显;UHMWPE在混凝土受拉区内分担的拉应力随着纤维体积掺量的增加先增大后减少。Through the three-point static load bending test,the influence of the volume content(0,0.3%,0.5%,0.7%)of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber(UHMWPE)on the flexural performance of reinforced concrete slabs and glass fiber reinforced polymer(GFRP)reinforced concrete slabs was studied.The flexural failure mode of the concrete slab was observed,and the bearing capacity,deflection,crack distribution,longitudinal reinforcement strain and other indicators were obtained.A formula for calculating the ultimate bearing capacity of concrete slabs reinforced with GFRP bars and UHMWPE was proposed.The results show that the brittle failure mode of GFRP reinforced concrete slabs is improved by adding UHMWPE.0.5%UHMWPE has the best inhibition effect on the mid span deformation of reinforced concrete slabs and GFRP reinforced concrete slabs,but the inhibition effect is not obvious when the volume content of UHMWPE reaches 0.7%.The tensile stress shared by UHMWPE in the tensile zone of concrete increases first and then decreases with the increase of fiber volume content.
