摘　　要：从1947年中到1949年初,在一年半内,毛泽东先后七次向斯大林提出访问莫斯科的请求。斯大林每次都表示欢迎,但每次都又以各种借口予以拒绝。这是中苏两党关系中一段很特殊的历史。斯大林拒绝毛泽东访问,是担心因此招致外交麻烦,影响苏联在华的既得利益。毛泽东迫切访苏,其目的是为新中国的诞生取经问道,寻求援助。苏联援助对中国新政权能否站稳脚跟至关重要。From the middle of 1947 to the beginning of 1949,Mao Zedong made seven requests to Stalin to visit Moscow within the one and a half years,Stalin welcomed it every time,but refused it every time with various excuses.This is a very special history period for the relationship between China and the Soviet Union.The reason why Stalin refused to visit Mao Zedong is that he was afraid that it would cause diplomatic troubles and affect the Soviet Union’s vested interests in China.Mao Zedong’s urgent visit to the Soviet Union is aimed at seeking advice and assistance for the birth of New China.Soviet aid is crucial for China’s new regime to gain a firm foothold.
