摘　　要：随着经济全球化不断深入以及电子商务与传统零售深度融合,物流管理逐步向专业化、精细化和智能化转变,物流管理人才的市场需求也随之发生变化。采用数据挖掘技术,分析前程无忧网物流管理岗位需求,确定市场所需的物流管理人才综合能力;基于市场需求及《物流管理与工程类教学质量国家标准》,具体化物流管理人才知识、能力和素质要求的内涵,构建物流管理人才培养质量标准;通过问卷调查,明确不同类型物流管理人才知识、能力和素质要求的差异。With the deepening of economic globalization and the in-depth integration of e-commerce and traditional retail,logistics management has gradually changed to specialization,refinement and intelligence,which presents corresponding market requirements for logistics management talents.To this end,this paper,with the help of data mining technology,analyzes the job requirements of 51job.com and clarifies the comprehensive ability of logistics management talents needed by the market.Based on the market demands and the “National Standards for Logistics Management and Engineering Teaching Quality”,this paper specifies the connotation for the knowledge,ability and quality requirements of logistics management talents,and constructs the quality standard of training logistics management talents.Based on the results of the questionnaire survey,this paper clarifies the differences of knowledge,ability and quality requirements of different types of logistics management talents.
