从历史地理学角度看西咸一体化的本原

摘　　要：西安是周、秦、汉、唐等中国历史上多个朝代的都城所在地,咸阳也是秦王朝的都城,从历史地理学的角度看,西安、咸阳的政区沿革与城市发展多相关联,将各个朝代对管县政区所管辖县级政区的个数和范围的历史事实进行对比分析。结果表明,秦咸阳、汉长安、隋唐长安是同一城市在不同的历史发展阶段的表现;辖有秦咸阳故址的县级政区与辖有古长安故址所在的长安县长期以来都属于同一管县的政区;最重要的是咸阳市前身咸阳县曾长期隶属于西安市前身的西安府,即咸阳一直属西安管辖。西安和咸阳原本在历史上就是一体化的。在大西安建设新形势下,西安和咸阳再度合二为一是有着充分历史依据的。Xi’an is the capital city of many dynasties such as Zhou Dynasty,Qin Dynasty,Han Dynasty and Tang Dynasty in the history of China,and Xianyang used to be the capital city of the Qin Dynasty.From the perspective of the historical geography,Xi’an and Xianyang share a lot in the evolution of administrative zone and urban development.By comparing the historical facts of the number and scope of the county level,the management in each dynasty and analyzing,the results show that Xianyang of the Qin Dynasty,Chang’an of the Han Dyansty,Chang’an of the Sui and Tang dynasties are the different representations of the same city at different historical development stages,the administrative district at the county level with the old site of Xianyang of the Qin Dynasty and Chang’an County with the old site of Chang’an have belonged to the same level of the administrative district for a long time.Most importantly,Xianyang County as the previous Xianyang City once belonged to Xi’an Prefecture as the previous Xi’an City for a long time,that is to say,Xianyang has been directly under the jurisdiction of Xi’an City.Originally,Xi’an and Xianyang are integrated in history.Under the new situation of building a metropolitan Xi’an,Xi’an and Xianyang should be once again integrated into one city,which has enough historical basis.
