秦东地区历史文化旅游资源浅析——以蒲城县为例

摘　　要：有着“将相故里”“焰火之乡”美誉的蒲城县作为陕西省历史文化名城之一,历史文化资源具有连续性、多样性、多元性和原真性等特点,历史文化旅游资源开发优势突出。但在发展过程中却存在宣传侧重点偏移、知名度不高、品牌定位特色不鲜明、管理体制不合理、设施机制不健全、资源整合不到位、开发模式单一等问题。应该从提高知名度、明确品牌战略定位、建立健全法规体系、多元化开发、整合资源等方面采取措施更好地开发和利用蒲城历史文化资源。Pucheng County,which has the reputation of hometown of general and prime minister and hometown of fireworks,is one of the famous historical and cultural cities in Shaanxi Province.The historical and cultural resources have the characteristics of continuity,diversity and authenticity,and the advantages of the development of historical and cultural tourism resources are outstanding.However,in the process of development,there are some problems such as the deviation of propaganda focus,the low popularity,the unclear brand positioning characteristics,the unreasonable management system,the imperfect facilities mechanism,the lack of integration of resources,and the single development mode.We should take measures to better develop and utilize Pucheng historical and cultural resources from the aspects of raising popularity,defining brand strategic positioning,establishing and perfecting legal system,diversified development and integrating resources.
