地方高校图书馆面向社会开放服务的思考

摘　　要：从欧美、日本等发达国家高校图书馆面向社会开放的先进做法来看,国内地方高校图书馆面向社会开放是大势所趋,但也存在诸多困难。作为社会公共文化资源的重要组成部分,就现阶段而言,有条件的地方高校图书馆可以在一定范围内,采取灵活方式对社会用户提供服务。对目前高校图书馆社会化服务的现状和存在问题进行了梳理,并提出几点策略及建议。From the advanced practice of opening university libraries to the society in developed countries such as Europe,America and Japan,it is a general trend for domestic local university libraries to open to the society,but there are also many difficulties.As an important part of social public cultural resources,at present,local university libraries related can provide services to social users in a flexible way within a certain range.This paper,sorts out the present situation and existing problems of socialized service of university library,and puts forward some strategies and suggestions.
