摘　　要：乡村社会治理是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的基础性关键环节。通过对传统乡村社会治理方式,即礼治与法治的发展过程进行梳理,在此基础之上分析传统的礼治与法治在现代社会中的时代价值。面对现代乡村社会治理的困境,充分发挥二者的价值,从破除传统法治藩篱和重塑传统礼治两方面入手,不断落实现代法治,构建礼治与法治二者良性互动的多元共治格局。Rural social governance is the basic key link to promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.By combing the development process of traditional rural social governance methods,that is,rule of etiquette and rule of law,this paper analyzes the era value of traditional rule of etiquette and rule of law in modern society.Facing the dilemma of modern rural social governance,we should give full play to the value of the two,break the barriers of traditional rule of law and reshape the traditional rule of etiquette,constantly implement the modern rule of law,and build a pluralistic co-governance pattern of benign interaction between the rule of etiquette and the rule of law.
