摘 要:针对新型电力系统中大规模分布式电源及直流负荷接入导致的低压配电网形态变化,研究了适用于新形势下配电网的保护控制方法。首先,建立含分布式电源、直流负荷的新型配电网典型拓扑结构,分别研究了交直流侧的暂态特性,以及故障时的暂态阻抗特性;然后,基于暂态特性构建新形态下低压配电保护配置方法以及保护整定的原则;最后,利用MATLAB仿真平台构建新型配电网模型,对交直流配电网典型位置的故障进行仿真,验证了所提保护控制方法具有判断准确、易于实现的优点。In view of the changes in the form of low-voltage distribution networks caused by the access of large-scale distributed generation(DG)and DC loads in the new power system,the protection and control of the distribution network under the new situation is studied.Firstly,this paper establishes a typical topology structure of a new distri⁃bution network with distributed generation and DC loads,and studies the transient characteristics on AC side and DC side,as well as the transient impedance characteristics during faults.Secondly,a new protection and configura⁃tion method and protection setting principle for low-voltage distribution networks under a new pattern is constructed based on transient characteristics.Finally,a new distribution network model is built using the MATLAB simulation platform to simulate the faults at typical locations of AC/DC distribution networks.It is verified that the proposed pro⁃tection and control method has the advantages of accurate judgment and easy implementation.
