摘  要:现阶段,我国电力配电网仍然存在配电建设不足、配电网架薄弱、可靠性低等问题,在配电网建设过程中需要不断加强遥感、遥测的配电自动化综合信息系统的应用。以城市配电网为基础,提出了基于GPRS通信网、主站集中监控的电能信息采集自动化系统,实现了对电力系统电力参数的实时监控。构建了基于GPRS的远程自动抄表系统,以加快配电网自动化建设的步伐,促进我国电力事业的发展。At the present stage,China's electric power distribution network still suffers from inadequate distribution construction,weak distribution network frame and low reliability,and it is necessary to continuously strengthen the application of remote sensing and telemetry distribution automation integrated information system in the process of distribution network construction.Based on the urban distribution network,a GPRS-based communication network and centralized monitoring of the main station are proposed for the automation system of electrical energy information collection,which realizes real-time monitoring of the power parameters of the power system.A remote automatic meter reading system based on GPRS is constructed to accelerate the pace of the construction of distribution network automation and promote the development of China's electric power industry.
