摘　　要：详细分析MQY3149球磨机进料中空轴应用的问题与原因,探索该球磨机进料中空轴修复改造利用技术的应用,通过采用密封轴衬与中空轴缝隙、合理设计中空轴装置、增强球磨机内部强度、改进进料端具体尺寸及科学密封中空轴疏漏位置等技术措施,高效解决球磨机进料中空轴的改造利用问题,延长球磨机的使用寿命。A detailed analysis of the problems and causes of the application of the feed hollow shaft of MQY3149 ball mill,exploration of the application of the ball mill feed hollow shaft repair and transformation technology,through the use of technical measures such as sealing the gap between the shaft liner and the hollow shaft,reasonable design of the hollow shaft device,enhancing the internal strength of the ball mill,improving the specific size of the feed end and scientifically sealing the hollow shaft leakage position,to efficiently solve the ball mill feed hollow shaft reform and utilization problem,and extend the service life of the ball mill.
