摘　　要：烟草制丝设备在运行中易出现故障而导致停机,对烟草生产造成极大的影响。为了保障烟草制丝的生产效率和设备的安全运行,从电气故障、机械故障和外部原因三个方面对烟草制丝设备的故障原因进行分析,并针对各类型故障提出相应的优化策略。在此基础上,从技术优化改造和设备预防措施两方面提出了改进方案,为减少烟草制丝设备故障停机时间和停机频率提供了理论支撑。Tobacco production equipment is prone to breakdowns during operation,which can have a great impact on tobacco production.In order to ensure the production efficiency and safe operation of the equipment,the causes of failures of tobacco making equipment are analysed from three aspects:electrical failures,mechanical failures and external causes,and corresponding optimisation strategies are proposed for each type of failure.On this basis,improvement solutions are proposed in terms of technical optimization and equipment preventive measures,which provide theoretical support for reducing downtime and downtime frequency of tobacco silk-making equipment.
