针药结合治疗小儿风寒型周围性面瘫急性期临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析针药结合治疗小儿风寒型周围性面瘫急性期的临床效果。方法选取大连市妇女儿童医疗中心2019年9月—2020年8月收治的76例风寒型周围性面瘫急性期患儿为研究对象,以随机抽签法分组,各38例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用针药治疗。对比分析2组的治疗效果。结果观察组及对照组治疗总有效率对比,观察组为89.47%(34/38),高于对照组的71.05%(27/38),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.070,P=0.044)。观察组治疗后的中医症状积分为(19.25±3.00)分,低于对照组的(26.86±3.17)分,差异有统计学意义(t=10.748,P=0)。结论小儿风寒型周围性面瘫急性期采用针药治疗,可通过针刺及中药方剂的联合作用,提高效果。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with medicine on the acute phase of children with wind-cold type peripheral facial paralysis.Methods 76 cases of children with acute phase of wind-cold type peripheral facial paralysis admitted to Dalian Women and Children’s Medical Center Group from September 2019 to August 2020 were studied.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and medicine.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was 89.47%(34/38)and that of the control group was 71.05%(27/38),and the former was higher(χ^(2)=4.070,P=0.044).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group(19.25±3.00)was significantly lower than that of the control group(26.86±3.17)(t=10.048,P=0.000).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine prescription in the treatment of acute wind-cold peripheral facial paralysis in children can improve the disease symptoms.
