自拟方治疗肿瘤化疗相关性贫血临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟十一味汤治疗肿瘤化疗相关性贫血的效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法选取肿瘤化疗相关性贫血患者88例,随机分为2组,各44例。对照组予以重组人红细胞生成素联合生血宝治疗。研究组给予重组人红细胞生成素联合自拟十一味汤治疗。对比2组的临床疗效、血液指标及毒副反应。结果与对照组比较,治疗后研究组的血细胞、血小板、粒细胞及血红蛋白水平较高,临床总有效率较高(P<0.05)。毒副反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自拟十一味汤较生血宝更能提高肿瘤化疗相关性贫血的治疗效果,改善免疫功能,无明显毒副反应,适宜临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Shiyiwei decoction on chemotherapy-related anemia and immune function.Methods 88 patients with tumor chemotherapy-related anemia were randomly divided into two groups,with 44 cases in each.The control group received recombinant human erythropoietin combined with Shengxuebao mixture.The study group received recombinant human erythropoietin combined with Shiyiwei decoction.The clinical effect and immune function of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of blood cells,platelets,granulocytes and hemoglobin in the study group were higher after the intervention,and the clinical total effective rate was higher(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion Self-made Shiyiwei decoction combined with Shengxuebao can improve the therapeutic effect of chemotherapy-related anemia,improve immune function,and has low toxicity and side effects,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
